CONCEPT DESIGN
In the initial phase of our architectural design process, we consolidate research, gather both aspirational and technical information, conduct visioning sessions, and begin translating your ideas onto paper to develop preliminary design options for your review and feedback.
Client input is essential at this stage. Our creative team uses the information from the pre-design phase to create rough sketches that outline the building’s form, size, and contextual response to the site conditions. This foundational phase provides critical information to evaluate the design against your budget and timeline, in collaboration with stakeholders such as builders or general contractors.

SITE ANALYSIS
Concurrent with building design, we perform a detailed evaluation and diagramming of the site's key features. This includes respecting the topography, documenting relevant municipal regulations like setbacks, easements, and rights-of-ways. Building upon these constraints, our focus shifts to optimizing views, conducting solar studies, and integrating thoughtful landscaping and hardscaping solutions.
FEASIBILITY STUDIES
In some cases, clients or developers may wish to assess the viability of a project idea before moving forward with construction. A feasibility study offers an independent evaluation of all critical aspects of the proposed project, encompassing technical, economic, financial, legal, and environmental considerations. The outcomes of the design study provide decision-makers with essential information on whether to proceed with the project. Additionally, it helps in creating a realistic project plan and budget estimates.
